Each residence can be reached by an independent avenue and it’s furnished with a sitting room with hideaway kitchen, a double-sized bedroom (king size bed or twin beds plus a babybed on request. Other two beds can be added in the sitting room), a terrace, a large garden with sunbeds and umbrellas and parking for two vehicles.

Tenuta la Sugheraia is situated in the heart of Maremma, in San Donato game preserve, 5 km far from the sea and close to natural parks (such as Maremma and Uccellina Parks), to nature reserves (such as Orbetello Lagoon) and to WWF "oasis" (three within a range of 15 km).
